Tony&#8217;s Di Napoli is the pre-show engine room of Broadway nights: family-style Italian, poured wine, loud laughter and a staff that treats your curtain time as a personal deadline.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"History\"><\/span>History<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Wetanson family \u2014 restaurant people through and through \u2014 opened the first Tony&#8217;s in 1990, modeling it on the family-style joints they grew up loving in Queens. The Times Square location joined in 2002 and became the flagship: on peak nights the room turns over more than a thousand covers without ever losing its grin. A third generation now runs the show.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_to_Order\"><\/span>What to Order<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Platters built for the table: rigatoni alla vodka, spaghetti with meatballs the size of a fist, chicken parmigiana, veal marsala and linguine with clams.
